The hotel is beautiful and well kept. the rooms are super comfortable, especially the bedding. i appreciated the decor with local cultural elements. the staff were really nice too provide great service. They were always smiling and helpful.

i had to wait about an hour to check the spa facilities and then i was informed that the spa area is 16+, even though i have a child.

the room included comfortable beds and high-quality linens, i noticed the elegant arabic design elements. the showers had good water pressure, and the air conditioning was effective, maintaining a consistent temperature throughout my stay.

the rooms are really good i thought. the beds are amazingly comfortable i noticed. there is even a pillow menu. the rooms are spacious and really well appointed though.

i was disappointed to be told that i do not have a bathtub in the room. i specifically booked a room with a bathtub because i was looking forward to some rest and a long soak. i was really annoyed because i'd booked the room with the bath. i didn't understand why i couldn't have this.

the rooms were spacious and well appointed, so that was acceptable.

I was disappointed not to have a bathtub in my room. i specifically booked a room with a bathtub because i wanted a long soak, but the room did not include one. i was told i could pay more to upgrade. I did not understand why i could not have what i booked.
